Price factors

Guide pricing

A realistic concrete palisade starting point.

For a useful concrete palisade fencing price, compare quotations for the same fence height, specification and project scope. Ask for material, installation, transport, gate and optional security costs to be identified, together with VAT, exclusions and the quotation validity period. Your written Capstone quotation confirms the amount for your site.

Guide pricing: reinforced concrete palisade fencing typically ranges from about R750 to R1 200 per metre, supplied and installed, depending on system height, foundations, transport distance, gates and site conditions. Prices are per site and client and are only confirmed in your written quotation.

Project-specific pricing

What changes the installed cost.

The right comparison includes the complete reinforced system, foundations, transport, handling, gates and optional security—not only the visible metres of fence.

01

Fence height

The documented 1.8 m and 2.4 m systems use different pale and post lengths and have different handling requirements.

02

Razor flatwrap

A 500 mm razor-flatwrap option adds extended support posts, straining wires, product and installation scope.

03

Foundations

The standard detail is a pricing basis only; rock, weak soil, slopes, drainage or engineering requirements can change it.

04

Base plinth

The optional 200 × 150 mm concrete plinth adds concrete, formwork and labour along the fence base.

05

Gates

Gate opening, leaf type, posts, frame, mesh/infill, track, automation and access control are quoted separately.

06

Delivery and handling

Precast posts, rails and pales are heavy. Distance, vehicle access, offloading and movement along the line matter.

07

Demolition and clearing

Removing old fencing, vegetation, rubble, concrete or obstructions must be defined in the scope.

08

Project conditions

Site induction, restricted hours, remote accommodation, safety controls and programme affect installation cost.
