Website enquiries
The quotation form prepares information on your device and opens WhatsApp or your email application. This static website does not store the form submission itself. Information sent to Capstone is used to assess, quote, communicate about and administer the requested project.
Information you provide
This may include your name, company, contact details, project location, measurements, product preferences, photographs, plans and site information. Do not send identity documents or unnecessary personal information through the public website.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with personnel, suppliers or installation partners where reasonably required to prepare or deliver the project. Commercial and legal records may be retained for applicable operational, tax, contractual and legal requirements.

Privacy questions may be sent to admin@capstonefencing.co.za. A final POPIA policy and retention schedule should be approved by Capstone’s designated information officer before production launch.
