Privacy notice.
How this website handles project enquiries and personal information.
Website enquiries
The quotation form sends your project and contact details to Capstone’s server, where the request is stored and emailed to the sales team. If you choose WhatsApp, the form also opens WhatsApp with your prepared brief. If sending cannot be confirmed, the form shows direct contact links and keeps your answers on the current page so you can follow up. Information sent to Capstone is used to assess, quote, communicate about and administer the requested project.
The website uses first-party event tracking, Google Analytics and a Google Ads tag to measure visits, navigation, advertising interactions and accepted quote requests. Google may use cookies and advertising identifiers for this measurement. Your quote text and contact fields are not included in the Google tag events added to this site. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Information you provide
This may include your name, company, contact details, project location, measurements, product preferences, photographs, plans and site information. Do not send identity documents or unnecessary personal information through the public website.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with Capstone personnel, its website agency Social Media Guru, and suppliers or installation partners where reasonably required to prepare or deliver the project. Submitted enquiries and recorded website activity are stored in a private database. Authorised agency users can review enquiries and receive daily email reports. Activity records include page visits, link clicks, quote-form stages, timestamps and a browser-session reference; the event tracker does not record keystrokes, passwords or unfinished form answers. Commercial and legal records may be retained for applicable operational, tax, contractual and legal requirements.
Your enquiries
Privacy questions may be sent to admin@capstonefencing.co.za. A final POPIA policy and retention schedule should be approved by Capstone’s designated information officer before production launch.
